Hi all im bec,
I am the owner and the creator of silence of the dolls. I started creating my alternative dolls after purchasing my first one from another seller. I absolutely fell in love with the alternative art. I strive to recycle as much as possible so why not put that into my work? So much gets thrown away, i see so many dolls at the tip or piled up in opshops so i decided that was my mission to repurpose old, unwanted, damaged dolls and alternative decor. Soon my little hobby grew and i found myself working with home decore to. My alternative artwork is my life and i hope you all can see it in my work.

deposits, payment plans, afterpay ,shipping, refunds and returns

deposits: deposits are decided based on the total cost of your order. they are a non refundable change of mind deposit.deposits are for if you purchase a custom make or a remake of an item silence of the dolls makes and choose the option to pay a deposit and then pay the rest on completion. the only time deposits will be refunded are if for whatever reason i cannot complete your order.
payment plans: i accept customised payment plans , they are the total cost of your order broken down into several options which cuatomer can choose and either monthly, fortnightly or weekly.
afterpay: afterpay is a buy now pay later platform that silence of the dolls is a merchant for.
silence of the dolls is based in australia but ships worldwide, shipping rates will vary on location and if you want standard or express, we do combine shipping on multiple items.
refunds and returns : silence of the dolls does not accept refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged. you must make contact within 24hrs of reciept of the item with photos of product and packaging and so we can discuss how you wish to proceed.
if at anytime before item has been made and shipped you change your mind and wish to cancel silence of the dolls reserves the right to keep 50% of the total or the agreed apon deposit.
